We have been an "Amerikick" Family for about 3 years now. I have 2 boys (brown belt and orange belt) and they LOVE coming to class! The instructors are wonderful! No matter what their ages or belt ranking the instructors are always patient, they make sure that they kids are learning and having fun. Such a wonderful experience! You can tell that the instructors enjoy what they do day in and day out. You all do an amazing job and I couldn't thank you enough!

My daughter wanted to join kickboxing class and we had looked around in the area and my other daughter had taken karate here a few years ago and I knew we would have a great experience at amerikick. I signed my daughter up and she loved the class, so I decided to join too. We've been going for almost a year now and still love it, its the best workout we've ever had. The instructors are awesome and motivating, the classes are never boring.

Amerikick is just AMAZING! All the senseis are the coolest, patient, most educated butt kicking ninjas I've ever seen. Sensei Peter is so funny the little kids can't get enough of him and his flips are so neat to see. We love Sensei Andrew he teaches the kids to be respectfult and his knowledge of martial arts is impressive. He always poses for silly pics when my son gets a stripe or new belt. This place is the best!

AmeriKick Langhorne is the last place you have to look for Martial Arts Training. They are the areas best for Kids, teens and adult karate classes. They start at age 3 which is perfect. They are very patient with the children and really make you feel comfortable at their school. If your looking to burn calories and break a sweat then you must try out their Fitness Kickboxing classes! Simply Amazing! Its a family run business with excellent staff. My son just started last week and he loves it. Sensei Justin was great with informing me about the program and took his time to answer any questions I had. The way each sensei work with all the kids is amazing. They take their time with each child and help them. I already see a big boost in my sons confidence. Do I need to be in shape before I start Kickboxing?

Short answer; absolutely not! We have members of all health and fitness levels, and our classes are designed to fit around each one of these levels.

The only thing we ask is that you bring your best attitude when you come to one of our classes. If you have the mental framework determined to become physically healthy, that is all we want to see. Our trainers will help you get into the best shape of your life!

Can I lose weight with the Fitness Kickboxing program?

Of course. Although, we must say you get what you put in. If you follow a consistent workout pattern, you are bound to see the results you want. On average, kickboxers burn an average of 820 calories per hour.

Do I need any kickboxing experience?

No, we love teaching new members. There is no better way to gain respect from our community than someone who has the will to join our class without any experience. If you can take that first step, you have already proven to our group that you are a strong-minded individual. We will teach you everything you need to know.

Does the physical training include weights or machines?

Most of the training comes from the natural, isotonic, aerobic, anaerobic, and isometric exercises, although, some weight training may be recommended or used. These exercises help our members with losing weight and toning the whole body; our focus is for you to develop speed, flexibility, and force.

What should I wear or bring?

Sweats and a T-shirt, or yoga attire, work best. You’ll also want to bring a towel and a bottle of water. And of course bring the mental attitude that you’re going to kill this workout!

How often should I attend classes?

We understand how busy your life can be; we would love to see you at least once a week. We believe once a week will be a good start for you to build your overall endurance and capability to implement the basic kickboxing moves.

Once you have built the basic foundation of the Kickboxing moves, we encourage you to then increase the amount of frequency and intensity of your workouts. We want you to go at your own pace, but make sure to challenge yourself to see the best results.
